INGREDIENTS

2 shredded chicken breasts (around 3 cups)

8oz of chorizo

2 chipotle pods

6 chiles guajillos

2 tomatoes

2 garlic cloves

1 onion

2 cups of chicken broth or 2 cups warm water + 2 Tbsp chicken boullion

1 bay leaf

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp piloncillo/ molases

masa

3 cup maseca

2 to 3 cups room temperature water

1 tsp salt
