Ingredients:

Leave the eggplants in salted water for 10 minutes.

Bake at 180C (350F) for 20 minutes.
1 onion.
1/3 red peppers.
1/3 yellow peppers.
1 carrot.
1 clove of garlic.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1/2 teaspoon thyme.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
250 grams of rice.
Add 200 to 250 ml of water and cook for about 15 minutes.
200 ml tomato sauce.
Black pepper.
Salt.
garlic powder.
Parmesan.
Bake at 200C (392F) for 15 minutes.
