Ingredients:

2 tbsp. Sesame Oil

2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined

1 1/2 cups frozen Veggie blend

1 cup frozen Sweet Corn

1/2 cup Green Onions chopped

4 Garlic Cloves minced

1 tsp. fresh Ginger minced

3 large Eggs lightly beaten

4 cups cooked Rice

4 tbsp. Low-Sodium Soy Sauce

1 tbsp. Mirin

Salt and Pepper, to taste
