Buying on our website.
We use Royal Mail, Everi and other parcel companies to deliver your order. We will use second-class postage unless we decide to use first-class.
We are in the United Kingdom and that is the country we sell in unless we specify in the advert that we sell it to other countries.
Refunds And Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product, you should contact us and we will give you the return address. There is a contact form on the website.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless we are at fault. Then we will pay the return postage.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We refund if the item is defective or damaged. Food is exempt from refunds or returns as it is perishable.

If your item gets lost in the post, we reserve the right to refund you or to send another item out whichever option seems prudent to us. Royal Mail class an item as lost after 15 days of them receiving the item.
