2 Chicken Breast

1 cup Corn-starch

1/4 cup Flour

1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt

1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

2 Eggs (beaten)

Vegetable or Canola oil for frying

For the Sauce:

1/4 cup Ketchup

3 tbsp. Chili Sauce

1/4 cup Honey

3 tbsp. Brown Sugar

1/3 cup Soy Sauce

1/2 cup Water

3 cloves Garlic (minced)

1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

1 tbsp. Corn-starch

2 tsp Sesame Oil
