To boil the chicken

8 to 10 cups of water

Whole chopped chicken or any parts of your favourite

1 piece of cinnamon

Some black peppercorns

2 bay leaves

Some cardamom pods.

Some of the cloves

Some of the all spices seeds

Some of the coriander seeds

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

2 teaspoons salt, or to taste

Half of a small onion

To fry the onions

1 cup olive oil

4 cups onion, chopped large pieces.

Salt and black pepper

2 tablespoons sumac

1 cup chicken stock

The rest of the ingredients

Arabic tanoor bread or you can use Indian naan bread instead.

1 cup fried or roasted slivered almonds.

Chopped parsley for garnish.

Mixed spices or cumin

Bake at 375 Fahrenheit until chicken.

And the bread roasts a little
