1 lb. 80/20 Ground Beef
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 White Onion, chopped.
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. powdered garlic, and onion powder
½ tsp. Mexican oregano
2 tsp. Cumin
¼ cup Flour
2 ½ cup Beef Stock
12 oz. medium Cheddar from the block, freshly grated.
12-16 fresh Yellow or White Corn tortillas
